Episode 4: How to Engage Underperforming Students.
I loved this podcast! For about 8 or 9 years, Cochrane Collegiate Academy was a failing school. The author of this podcast, Shana Oliver, is the academic facilitator for this school. I enjoyed this podcast a lot because it was motivating to see how successful people can be when they try. Shana’s job is to provide the teachers in this school with professional development strategies that they can use with their students to make their students successful in the classroom. I learned about the four non-negotiables that help students to learn.
